WINTER FARMERS’ DAY

Morning among the olive trees: spreading nets, shaking and harvesting olives from the fruit-laden branches. Then we will move to the warehouse to clean the olives from leaves using our machines, while the fresh, intense green aroma of the fruit fills the air. With the crates ready, we will head to our own mill, where we will witness the pressing process and the birth of the new oil. At the end of the pressing, a bottle of freshly pressed Taggiasca Cultivar extra virgin olive oil will be handed over. A tasting menu with typical dishes and our products will follow.

Saturday and Sunday from early November to the end of January (approximate period)
